Vision
1. Excellence and prominence in the integration and development of Sharia science (comparative jurisprudence) and legal science for civilization from a comparative jurisprudence perspective.

Missions
1. To foster education and teaching in the fields of Sharia and law in an integrative and interconnected manner in the field of comparative jurisprudence.
2. To foster a culture of research in Sharia related to the fields of comparative jurisprudence and law in a multidisciplinary manner.
3. To develop the role of the study program in community empowerment through the application of Islamic law from a comparative madhhab perspective and legal science.
4. To develop a network of cooperation with various parties to improve the quality of the implementation of the three pillars of higher education based on comparative madhhab scholarship.

Objectives
1. To produce Sharia scholars with a comparative perspective on mazhab and legal science who have academic and professional capabilities that are integrated and interconnected, faithful, noble, socially competent, independent, and appreciate scientific and Indonesian values;
2. To establish the comparative mazhab program as a center for Sharia studies and research based on comparative mazhab and multidisciplinary legal studies;
3. Implementing community service in the field of Sharia science based on comparative jurisprudence that is beneficial and sustainable
4. Establishing a strong and functional network of cooperation with various national and international parties for the institutional and scientific development of the comparative jurisprudence study program.

Academic Degree
1. Graduates of the Perbandingan Mazhab program will receive a Bachelor of Law (S.H) degree.

National BAN-PT Accreditation History
1. The Perbandingan Mazhab study program received an A rating through BAN-PT Decree No. 1122/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/X/2015, which is valid from October 31, 2015 to October 31, 2020.
2. The accreditation was subsequently extended with a Grade A rating through BAN-PT Decision Letter No. 6863/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/XI/2020, valid until November 1, 2025.
